There’s nothing that excites us more than a happy WoodU customer; we are committed to going the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your products and that they reach you in optimal condition. But there are a few important details you might want to know…
If your purchase doesn’t completely meet your expectations, rest assured that we’re here to assist you.
You can cancel an order any time before shipment. Just write to us using the contact form.
All returns must be requested within seven days of order delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Any requests emailed after seven days of delivery will not be eligible for a return.
All returns must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee for the return. This restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount owed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
